Eid 2018: All Masjids/Institution will agree to choose an Institution to receive zakat money for beginning Community building. 

 

All people employed at Masjids/Institution/other that use zakat money for income/revenue will be compensated from the combined Zakat money sent to the chosen organization. And other that take zakat money will

 

• When the chosen organization receives all zakat money Work will start immediately and people in an institutional position that already exists and formerly used zakat money for income/revenue will be compensated from the Zakat money sent to the chosen organization. 

 

• Institution that use zakat money to pay people who work there would stop using all zakat money Eid 2018. And this Eid 2018 will send the money to the chosen organization(bank). Workers will send their most recent tax forms/ w2 forms or other information to prove how much they usually are paid. This information will not be used in any reports against the person/group/institution. No records will be held. And the sent information accuracy will be confirmed by phone. Statistical analysis could be done on some information for useful guidance but all group chose this the information will anonymous and not be of any record benefit or harm but could be useful. Any future reports or inquiry about an institution/Masjid/Other that any group/other want to seek will have to be gained from the institution/Masjid/other.

 

The Organization will pay all office workers their true earning as they would usually expect to be paid up to the maximum proven amount of $60,000 but not above. Masjid and other institution staff that could struggle because of need or debts that was could be assumed to be paid by zakat that year can send all information in and the organization will try to help those institutions/other to pay; if enough money after project material, transport of materials and worker are all paid. Or will help differ payment until a later date when the organization can pay it or assist in it's payment.

 

The community respect people want to continue a standard of living that their past earning provided Standard of Living this is: an emergency situation. Some earning were not correct or wrong/unjust. And this project will help many many people live at a better standard. And provide living with less debt, better ability use earnings and option to greatly reduce end debt.
