Full Description of Project [Brief]:

 

Notify-People: Muslims can use zakat to build community structure using-banners, khutbas/talks, education-stands newspaper, magazines, websites.

Past Zakat: The Muslim community as a whole are experiencing historical and organizational poor practice that could have directed zakat to wrong or other uses. It is possible it is not needed to explore on what past zakat was used. Or to use non-incriminating reports that could explain what zakat was used for, why it should not have been used for these uses and the correct way in the present-future from the Quran and true-Sunnah.

During Eid: The Secular world and many nation. The Muslim world is impoverished and global change is occurring. This it is a emergency situation and people-Muslims have to put aside biases, fears, betrayals, sect differences and work together to protect self, family, build work in the nation, heal their foreign home communities. In the Qur’an Muslims are already called a Umman(people/nation). Meaning Muslims, in all lands are one people and can use pure and clear Islam found in the Quran as the Muslims social agenda on: Ethnic-identity, way of living, sex and sexuality, sharing of land and resources, money and trade. Not a Few doing all the Work: Like a business work will get done because there are people for each work area. And many responsibilities are shared and rotated.

Founding Charter: should be the (unchanged) founding charter that was used by Nabi Muhammad (sws) a connection between the Ummah of the Prophet and all communities.

Funding: All funding methods should be discussed openly. Zakat money could be used as the true(main) source of funding. Not take funding from sources that could make the funder/communities think the funder has any influence in the community or that give funders real large holding/control resources or that make the community have debt.

The Guided Caliphate: At the end of year after paying community needs; governors sent remaining money to the treasury in Medina; for important works and/or given equal/equivalent to communities across the world. Not political-like existing charity offices. Rotate the duties that people of all; colors/ group skill/education level can help this work/enjoyable experience. During Umra/Hajj: have familiar guides from the community. Work Area: Administration, shipping/receiving, accounting, Inventory, traditional/modern Caravan, nature-restoration, community releaf.

The Community

Work-areas: Management/leadership, Ethnic-guidance, Imam-Scholar, Education, Communications, Family-individual-help, Water, Sanitation, Market open-air-inner-shope, Merchant-trade, caravan, health, technology-eco, farming, security, travel, Land-nature manage, inspection, finance, administration.

Example of Potential: 2000 people using garbage, toilets/other recycling/ compost- fertilizer- facility serves at $90 per month is $2,000,000+ dollars annual. Low, cost, low risk and services to most Muslims in State/ Region-great money. Work for many using proper Adab. Can keep-State services and pay less. Agro-Business: A large piece of land, farms/independence in/on the border of regions so that many people can work. More money-multiple crop-per acre. Fair work, time, many office work areas, help lower costs. Halal, quality inspection of food other, part of all education levels. Strong bodies, character; responsibility. Many structures will be financially stable, create significant money and reduce the cost of living and products. Support Independent business.

Process: The structures and services will create and make community available to Muslims in a State; and linking Muslims in all States. Including people with no immediate group/institution/community by building general purpose Masjids and community structures and unifying with already existing structures/institution and communities to increase/improve Muslims resources and opportunity.

Zakat/Sadaqah report: Areas to be spent on each year. Community will have both structures/services throughout State and important building and structures/places in State. Centralized: Masjid, offices of community management, important services. Few Masjids people together develop better resources. Non-Centralized: States-wide, security, business/structure, water, work-service, waste  pick, travel, markets, support and other. The Muslims community is one. The modern family moves several times; sharing with Masjids–any/same State to balance resources.

-----The Muslims community in a State will generally be identified as a State wide service available to all Muslims/others.

Travel: Masjid/other community route. Created in State/Between State Van/Bus-Taxi(car) service Lower-International travel cost 5 States-4 use 5th Air/ Seaport. -----Muslims can talk about where exactly the Masjids/other structures should be built. Community services and structures could be organized within 50-60 mile radiuses throughout State. Communication-network: All communities/Masjids institutions in State and National share email group, teleconference.

All communities/Masjids institutions in a state can join shared email group, they can email or teleconference each other to come together to talk about the Community using Zakat idea, how it will be done and other important information.

To choose a organization: that all Muslim structures agree to choose a organization that will accept the temporary responsibility of being the organization that manages all community building projects. The organization will accept temporary responsibility to receive all sent Zakat- Sadaqah money. A bank can be chosen in each state to receive the zakat money. Because it is safer to hold the resources in State. And the Central organization can still combine all moneys and divide it equally to spend on projects in each State.

----At the Central organization, Projects managers(State-Managers) will be hired to represent the Community project in each State. In each State and locations where structures and services will be built, Project managers(In-State-Managers on location) will also be hired.

----State Manager at the Central organization and in-State Managers at the location of the Projects will communicate by live video camera/photo and teleconference. All projects will follow a set design(optional by region). Set-measurement of all materials and a set budget. The money and supplies will be evenly divided and incrementally paid/sent/used when both State manager at the Central Organization and In-State Manager(at location) agree that a project has completed a stage and can continue to the next. All structures will be designed to be immediately usable when complete.

----After the first year or other(to be determined), the Chosen Central organization will end its responsibility and return to its former identity of other role/responsibility. project managers will be resigned to a position in the State they live. And Zakat money can then be collected traditionally by Masjids during Eid Al Fithr to be held at bank/money-management structure located directly in each State.

Computers: Reduce computer waste by 80+ percent using, Micro-Computers(stick) or Stick computer with project for projector tablets(basically a micro projector computer attached to a wooden board with a surface suitable for projector viewing. Light is reflected and possibly safer for viewing than screen. ----Using micro-projector (led bulbless) with touchable light projection use as screen and keyboard/mouse/ any pen use. Can use with paper/book. Can buy from many sources including, buy from Muslim nations can help economy and reduce cost. Justice/Environment/human health: Request good pay for workers and after initial profit years increased employees with modified worker structure. ----Full nontoxic-Natural/biodegradable- materials/sustainable. Not using rare/earth metals. No-built in Wifi/btooth/RF radio frequency transmitter. use separate attachment. Offices and Work: Nabi Muhammad (sws) and his Ahli Bayt (family) did not have a special group or priestly class/cast. The sahabba; the Prophets (sws) working group were regular people. They lived diverse lifestyles; different groups/tribes, rich/not rich were given equal opportunity to work in responsibilities and He rotated duties among the Sahabah so that many people helped to manage the Ummah. This made people and their families work together as brother-sisters in faith. ----And helped keep all people and their families active in doing good, aware of their faith and renewing/ increasing their learning of Islam in a comfortable way. To follow the Prophets example can be discussed. Any halal, method that tries to follow logical actions of the Prophet could work. Each work office(area) is will have managers from each ethnic group in the Community.

---In the time of the Messenger(sws) of Allah people lived in villages and tribes made up of many ethnic-groups of many different colors, appearances, languages and how they experience the metaphysical world. Many people made it their goal to be a part of the Prophets community. And the Prophets central community is possibly the best example and Muslims should truly try to see a shared community as the greater truth. The Prophet placed the responsibility of the greater truth on each man, wombman, family, each group. General community structures are for all Muslims to share equally.

Community-Leader: People in rotation as managers from all work areas. Work together with staff to manage community leadership work-areas are rotated(seasonal other) for equal/ equivalent numbers between ethnic groups. Open to Adults all edu. level because assisted by support from work offices; decision made by the united group.

Ethnic-Guidance Group: The Ethnic guidance group are not Ethnic Community leaders. The ethnic guidance group is simply for guidance and support. --- They are the ethnic managers from the many work areas(offices). In the Ethnic Guidance, groups members from the same ethnic group will rotate duties seasonally or other(to be determined). Meaning many people in the group can work in the work area.

--- Guidance group workers can come from people of all edu/skill levels as long as they are willing to work with people more skilled on the staff in their work-area. In work-areas that need particular skills or education like Imam/Scholar, a worker in the work area will be of that title. The Office will be assisted by staff.

----Work together in a united office with all other ethnic-groups; people can be helped by anyone/same ethnic group. Help with guidance, support equal/equivalent representation of all ethnic group present in a community, help keep unity, solve ethnic bias, ethnic exclusion, unfair monopoly. When people feel secure in their identity, family, they will interact and feel more comfortable in the larger community with many different peoples.

----Some help with national and ethnic needs, travel and direct trade, education and interrelation between community members of different groups.

To support, equal/equivalent representation of all ethnic-groups all work area.

The Ethnic group recognition  Each Ethnic group is identified by the known lineage/tribe other their paternal and/or secondarily maternal ancestry come from. And when a ethnic-group/people have many sub groups; the process will use the shared historical ancestor/group of all groups. And will use rotation to share representation responsibility. Man, Wombman, family or group can associate with any Ethnic group/s they choose.

Ethnic-identity: Muslims come from all people. And Muslims are one people/Ummah and marry freely among each other. Attraction and ethnic lineage is real and people can marry by their own preference. And do not avoid marrying between each other or some ethnic group. Muslims avoid following unjust or unwarranted restrictions, biases or practices including racial grafting or other harmful/unfair practices in marriage. Marriage is for a Man/Wombman not a group, family, politics, nation, or to obey the demand of secular social culture or secrete-culture demanded/beliefs.

Sect/Schools of Fiqh: The Scholarly Group that provide their services to the Community could come from many different sects. Many Scholars have already agreed that the 4 schools of fiqh and some branches of the Shiite schools of fiqh are acceptable within standard beliefs and practices of Islam. Most other schools or communities that exist come out of the mentioned fiqh schools or known adjoining schools Suffism and other. This should be talked about openly and decided on how scholar will be accepted in the community structure.

----All Agree to accept and unify around standard beliefs in Islam. Services and structures open to all Muslims. To respect differences. Groups workout how to share common prayers. Other halal-services and education and talks can use halls of the needed size.

Imam-Scholar group: Imam scholars come from different ethnic groups and schools of fiqh. The General community structure built including Masjid will have available work for people in these titles. And the Masjid and other structure will give support and space to Imams/sheiks/Scholar working with the general community. And have open policy for Scholars, institution and community leaders and common people who want to teach classes, give lesson, presentations, services, and ceremonies using the Masjid or other structures.

Scholar Offices: will be a united office with shared offices for Imams/sheikhs/scholar from different ethnic groups/nationalities and schools of fiqh. People with the title of scholar-Sheikhs//Imam provide guidance to all Muslims and others. They will rotate their position with other scholars of their ethnic group and some time people of their nation but will or can still be available for help/guidance and other services the community provide like guide the prayers, services,  khutbas, any form of education, or lesson including Arabic, seminars, lectures, marriage, marriage counseling, family counseling and help, ceremonies, death and burial, emergency help/assistance, language help and national work with their home nation/other.

----The General community is open to all Muslims.

----The General community will allow for many people to actually apply their scholarly and or Islamic learning and for many regular people to help.

----In the Community of the Messenger of Allah each village could have had a Imam, scholarly group and people who assisted them. Many times the Sahabba were a general group of people who achieved scholarly knowledge and were not a structured group that studied exclusively at institutions. They gave respect to the knowledge of those who had achieved it but still worked together equally.

----What this means is some Sahabba were highly knowledgeable in all duties, Other could be skilled enough to give guidance and hadith, kutba, others were skilled enough to guide a common prayer and others did other work.

A Imam or scholar of Islam: is a Man or Wombman(more limited) with recognized education in the study of Islam, the Quran, Hadith and history. Many people have education or skill at other levels. The difference is some works could need a person with the identified title and other works could be generally open to All Muslims by their  true skill/knowledge level or ability to do the work.

Imams and scholar/people studying to be scholar etc: Will share rotation of duties that they apply for or are invited to provide. Any individual able can guide a Jamaat as long as a Jamaat for the standard prayer, a know scheduled prayer, or a special prayer is not to begin. Many people skilled can leed many other forms of prayer and discussion, lectures, seminars, classes, training, services and many other and the Masjid should be open to liberality.

Schools of Fiqh: Most school will not say their school has the perfect truth instead the schools by the opinion of the founding Imams off the 4 other schools of fiqh gave their opinion on correct Practices each attempting to get closer to how Nabi Muhammad(sws) practices Islam and how it is commanded to be followed in the Quran. Islam is perfect and Muslims work to know how best to believe and practice their faith as close and true to what is commanded in the Quran and the true Sunnah of the Prophet.

Administrative Earnings: In the time of the Prophet it appears most of the Sahabbah gained their money from working other Jobs then gave time to community responsibility. The Administrative group(community management) including Imam/scholars could work  in many occupations available in the community and when their rotation for Masjid duties arrive; they are rotated in for the season. People invited could also receive a wage or a payment for specific work/duties/services. And people can invite scholars/Imams to do services/work and pay them.  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Work

Work start: When structures are quick built/ready.

Work-Area Manager: Rotation and seasonal; all ethnic-groups; Adults all edu/skill levels if willing to work with the more skilled. Each work area only need several managers. Ethnic-Groups: Each work-area will have a manager from each ethnic group for equal/equivalent representation. The manager(ethnic) will rotate with other people from the same group. People will be chosen from those who apply or are sought. Managers from many ethnic group will work together in their Work-Areas. By need, not all managers could be present at work site. He/she could be present doing other work, at the work area office(likely shared with all work areas) or in the Ethic-Guidance office( possibly the same office but does not have to be.

Before project: Apply for desired work online or Masjid. Positions rotate seasonal/other. Take work available and next season be rotated into desired area. Work-Wages: Equal pay lower the cost of products, housing other-to employ many and full living.

----The work structure could try to help all workers achieve a full living salary in 6 to 8 months out of a year.

Work-Structure: Protect from corruption, ethnic domination and favoritism. No resume required. Ethnic groups equal/equivalent presence in work areas. Can Rotate into almost-any work-work is seasonal or other apply before beginning of season/new rotation. People can apply for same work if not sought by other continue of can work in other similar field or auxiliary. To be talked about. Position could be held for 1/year two other and then rotate into similar/auxiliary or other field that another person can work in the field and the then Man/Wombman rotate back in or rotation open and people just apply and take upon availability.

Rotation of Work Area: Those hired work 1 other work area at least 1 season annual/biannual or another explored way of arranging work.

Meaning a man/wombman who works as a secretary 6 months out of the year could work 4 months as a inventory analyst. Or if He or she works 1 year(6, 8 or 12 months) as secretary next year they could work as a inventory analyst. By rotating work more people can work. More people can work in enjoyable and professional work and give people time for self/family. Health-check before work-work areas not suitable by age or health will be provided assistance, acceptable areas in the same larger work profession or choose other field.(not to much affect younger workers access by population size of workers of higher ages). Worker of higher ages (60 above) could be given retirement and can do volunteer work or community work at 1/4 of part times. For example a person could be retired from work but still serve an important function in the community and own personal works.

Example: serves as prayer leader, as assistant guide caravan, cook help etc or any other.

Work Edu: Higher edu/skills hired or rotated-in when gained. Minor background check- not affect work-status; near immediate start.

Work-days: 5-6 hrs, two /more shifts. Part-time: 2-3hrs every other day. Manager: Rotation and seasonal; all ethnic-groups; Adults all edu/skill levels if willing to work with the more skilled.

Similar work in many States: Travel and work in other States.

Security: Centralized and places throughout-State; places people live. Support Muslim way of living from seasonal ritual events(expected sex and harm) and surveillance, electronic frequency torture. Including sensors to find-proof of source.  That it is unlawful to harm others. Wired phone/internet and shielding built into many structures. Safety-Educate/work with other communities/faiths.

People/and: could think they are better off in their ethnic organization.

Education: Talk about options. Youth begin real work at 13-15. At-16 graduate-full work, higher study.

Adult short Education: associated with Masjid/work: Not graded or heavy testing because work will support training or direct work Edu.

--Can help people increase knowledge-rehabilitate to be more comfortable in self/relationship other. Help with maturity, knowledge, rehabilitation, good character, relieve stress, possibly help improve marital relations and socializing.

Mothers: Support option to not work. By Man partners earning being enough. Halal community/Masjid/School activities for mothers and parents.

Study alternatives to day-care Including community care. That allow a mother/father/guardian at some time to in many place to have watch-care while She/He is busy with some activity. The daycare is open and flexible so that any parent registered can go to do a activity and quickly pick the Child up. --The community support parent and family working together to watch children that the child is kept close and safe. The alternative here are to provide help and improve safety when this is not a option.

Health: Holistic-Medicine, prevention: healthy food, positive-activities for health.

Community Health: Adult Health/exercise/fitness times integrated into work, school and community to help people stay fit. Including house-Wife fitness at Masjid/school. People entering marriage could want to do a fun sport/exercise/fitness program to help them stay fit at any age(intensity set to age and safety to health and biological development).

Enjoining the good/Nurturing Good: prevention - Islam support pure environments. That every man wombman and people can have the best ability avoid sin, corruption and abuse in life. And can help people heal from victimization/abuse. Help people stop corrupt ways and character. Repent from harm of others and work for good. This is not about being sheltered.

False ideas: Magic, vision/emotionalism as power over others. Islam teach people to not follow superstition, ego/arrogant or illogical ways of thinking.

Safe food: Magic rituals/fluids/sex; poison safe food is part of trust, love and respect in families. The community will talk about problems in families, cultural accepted ways of thinking. In the time of the Prophet people came from many experiences. People did not hid their struggles, times of emotional/mental vulnerability of faults. Including fears of magic, supernatural influence, Jinn other. People talked about their troubles trusted in the guidance of the Messenger of Allah and the guidance  in the Quran on how to stop abusing their self and others. Solutions can include Men and Wombman married partners preparing meals together. Mature children or family watching meal preparation. Private cameras in many places the Kitchen that can be viewed by family to make sure food is safe.

Rehabilitation: character; from illness/poor health, abuse, abandonment, violent-temper, anger, manipulation, practice of cult/magic. Against abuse, physical, mental, sexual, development -abuse: stop people reaching-goals/stages, rape, protect from zina/and anti chastity cultures.

Support Healing: from victimization and social corruption and troubles. In work, Edu, Masjid and other. Help people balance/heal themselves and family. LGBT other: Allah created each Man-WombMan knowing their life challenges and created all to be able to succeed in life and have faith. All people were created to worship Allah and submitting to the command of the only creator. And can choose to marry the opposite sex/raise children.

Hawa/Eve(as): is actually called Zuwajika-Adams(as) married partner. Showing the importance of marriage to a healthy society and Man-WombMan relationships. Marriage with free choice and preference, at healthy ages.

Marriage services at the Masjid can help people study options and talk about intended ideas. Secular culture and the metaphysical culture practiced continuel but show Islam/religion as boring backward and oppressive. That Marriage is a thing done later in life after having fun. And that Early marriage is oppressive and a form of violation and that sex with a person 18 and above is illegal. But in entertainment, secular culture and metaphysical culture people do have sex at younger ages and with adult and people of any age. Muslims in fear have accepted these beliefs and leave their children exposed to not get married, vulnerable marriage practices or other harms.

Respect early-sexual maturity in mind/body for youth and not abandon halal options of marriage - WombMan(10-18) to Male(16-18) of responsible age/(not elder). Muslims have to return to pure Islam and respect moderation, the dignity of each  youth Man and WombMans personal development in mind and body. Islam support a dynamic community that protect a person by values and way of living but also actual community that help people be protected from negative influences. Marriage is one of the powerful protections for youth.

Halal mariage options: can help people of many experiences live pure and heal able to focus on their faith.

The Muslims community should support youth and adults to value one man marrying one wombman as very important part of the Muslims community; the model of Nabi Adam and Hawa(as) and Nabi Muhammad(sws) and Khadijah(ra).

In Islam other-Marriage forms are also provided to help all people fulfill the obligation of Marriage but are not to be abused. Some include:

---Married partners living together if found in the lives of many Prophets including Nabi Muhammad(sws) and he and Hazrat Khadija(ra) lived together in the same house for more than 20 years. After the Khadijah the Prophet married other Wives and Muslims who know history know they all had close but separate apartments.

Marriage to 1,2,3,4: Islam allow a Man to marry 1,2,3,4 Wombman. The benefit of this marriage is many times for WombMan, children and society/community. This form of marriage could be helpful to WombMan who because history of abuse, many relationships or long time with no relationship other  have become comfortable living independent. All Muslims must work on their own self responsibility and spiritual self improvement. And for some Wombman when appropriate this type of marriage could allow people a balance relationship that gives guidance and maintenance and keep their mind focused on worshiping Allah.

Marriage-Independent houses: Muslims could find that living in separate apartment/homes or rooms can keep them together. (to be talked about along with many other options for marriage. People and those who give them guidance. Have to be careful not to use other options for marriage when it is not appropriate for their situation.

Marrying with 2 of more in hadith was very useful because it helped communities quickly heal from event that damaged the ability for many to get married in single man/wombman relationship. It protect and children and keep community together and not fall into corruption. Other options for marriage are helpful and when used correctly can help many and help the next generation of youths Men and Wombman to be better able to marry as 1 man and 1 wombman.

Marriage: The Prophet(sws) supported elders getting married. This is a choice and a option and can help prevent elderly from being ignored or chosing corrupt or negative ways of living. Those not wanting intimacy could possibly still marry and have improved family relations.
