Existing Muslims and groups can choose to unite and or merge into the community structures. The community structures and services will build general-purpose community building, markets, offices, schools work sites and services and many other things. That will create and make community available to all Muslims in a State; and link Muslims in all States.

All existing: schools, groups, business, Masjid, college/university will be offered support and will be able to access the services that the general community services provide.

Example:

• School use the library, transport, book, internet, site management, safety or work, food service.

• A food market is an independently owned business it likely would not merge with the community structures unless the owner no longer wanted the business or wanted help managing the business or wanted to sell the business.

• The community trade/business could be the source the market buy the produce/food sold there and this is how it is connected to the general community structure. the Community structure and business group support. offer custodial services that the market owner could get from another business but using the community gives work and unity. Like many businesses, the community structure could provide tax filing and site management.

Sites/building used by group:

Existing community, schools, businesses, colleges/university could no longer want to pay rent/use building, want to change to the United building or seek community in the united community structure.

----- They could leave those structures and use the community structures built. 

 

Rent/purchase/turn-over: The structures if in a good location and is acceptable. Could be rented, bought by the community. Or if owned incorporated into the general structures the community use.

Uniting community options:
The Imam, scholar group, school, and work staff could choose to continue at the site they are located. The location/building: would become apart of the community structure-organization. And the organization would apply the and leadership structure, community way of working and wage/income payment method to the community, group, business, school, Masjid, college/university. And open all structure for general community use and management. 

Or choose work, housing and schooling at new structures built.

New Structures:

The Imam and scholar group could choose to work in the Scholar-work office or choose any other way of living and work. And by choice still, apply their knowledge and skill if they choose, 

---The students and work staff can choose school locations and work areas they choose. 

Nonformal: 

Businesses, Schools, offices, and other existing properties can be placed on list of services and other and support each other. community, group, businesses, schools, Masjids, colleges/university like on most could be recognized as being a part of Independent.
