Process:

The structures and services will create and make community available to Muslims in a State, and link Muslims in all States. Including people with no immediate group/institution/community by building general-purpose Masjids and community structures and unify with already existing structures/institutions and communities, to increase and improve Muslims resources and opportunity.

 

Zakat/Sadaqah report: can be created to explain the areas wherein the money will be spent each year.

 

Centralized-Non-Centralized: The community will have both structures and services throughout State and important building and structures/places in State.

       Centralized: facilities located in know location many people can reach.

• Masjid, offices of community management, important services. Few Masjids people together develop better resources.

       Non-Centralized: Services and structures that location is spread out throughout a State.

• States-wide, security, business/structure, water, work-service, waste pick-up, travel, markets, support and other. The Muslims community is one. The modern family moves several times; sharing with Masjids–any/same State to balance resources. The Muslims community in a State will generally be identified as a State wide service available to all Muslims/others.

 

Muslims can talk about where exactly the Masjids/other structures should be built. Community services and structures could be organized within 50-60 mile radius's within known town/county/city/provinces. Another option is to not use borders or radius's or town locations but anywhere significant Muslims structures are already present/built they will be seen as a part of all community infrastructure in a State. And any new structures that are built will collectively be identified as part of the Statewide Muslims community.  then the collective structure location will be measured and the Most-structures are adaptable and movable as needed.

 

Communication-network:

All communities/Masjids institutions in State and Nation share a email group, teleconference. All communities/Masjids institutions in a state can join shared email group, they can email or teleconference each other to come together to talk about the Community using Zakat idea, how it will be done and other important information.
