As Salaam wa Alaykom Brother and Sisters,

 

Muslim pay zakat as a spiritual tax. It can be given in charity but it was also collected in the time of Prophet and Caliphate to build community. And Muslims can use zakat to build community structures throughout States to give people service including work, Masjid, time for faith and family, improve the ability to marry, halal safe food, security, water, safe shelter, ability to trade and do business. The Muslim world is suffering from extreme poverty and corruption.

 

All institutions that receive Zakat and Sadaquah are responsible for providing community structure to all Muslims. If those structures are not, it means people are paying zakat every year and are not being provided support to improve their ability to live as Muslims. The ruling nations of the world have their own social agendas that are gradually making people/nations lose control of their resources/work-communities and families. And the same agendas are also taking control of all resources including knowledge and information and even religious institutions to make Muslims/other live as the ruling groups and secular policy demand.

 

This is an emergency situation:

but positive support can improve things. In the Qur’an Muslims are already called a Ummah (people/nation). Meaning Muslims, in all lands are one people and can use their united resources to protect family, create work in the nation, heal their foreign home communities.

• Muslims can use pure and clear Islam found in the Quran as the Muslims social agenda on: Ethnic-identity, the way Muslims live, sex and sexuality, sharing of land and resources, money and trade. This writing is not to support ideas of;

 

Not Ark-Project:

Emergency plans that support the ideas of sacrificing many to save the chosen few. Muslims working together can live free and create places people can all be safe. Inspire others and if needed have a positive response to future events.

 

And not directly political: 

but use peaceful individual/family and community action. By regular people choosing to buy from Muslims businesses in the nation and Muslim buying directly from the home communities of the many ethnic groups in their Masjid. Local and foreign home communities can be rebuilt, healed and progress. By Muslims opening home communities to safe and responsible interaction, direct merchant-work, building, education, travel and halal free marriage between Muslims from all ethnic-groups they can create progress and continue free movement of people and resources between their lands. Allah earth is for all people and with respect and care Muslims can have unity.

 

Example:

Muslims buy most products from commercial groups and wonder why they do have not work or unity. Commercial infrastructure are independent businesses and they have their merit and people will continue to buy from these sources; but each business exist to achieve their goals and not the goals of faith and the development of the Muslims community.

 

• If Muslims brought Oranges directly from Muslims living in the Holy Land, they would be directly increasing work and money for people in that location. 

• The community structure plans could also be used to improve the quality of life and enjoyment, improve buildings and structures. 

• and help Muslims make Islam the center of the Muslim way of life.

 

The plan is to use Zakat and Sadaquah-Money to build community structure throughout States that will give all Muslims equal access to community like services.

•  Quality Masjid, work, time for faith and family, housing, Including - opportunity for marriage, money-making businesses and business support, travel, direct trade national/international and other.
