The Guided Caliphate: At the end of the year after paying community needs; governors sent remaining money to the treasury in Madina; for important works. and/or given equal/equivalent to communities across the world.

Charity Office: communal sending of resources from communities to a the Community Charity office in Mecca/Madina. Not Political and like existing charity offices already located there.

The Duties(work) can be rotated seasonally - and People of all, colors/ groups,  skill/education level can help this work and enjoyable experience.

Work Area: Administration, shipping/receiving, accounting, Inventory, traditional/modern Caravan, nature-restoration, community help-support, Other.

Hajj/Umra: The masjid/region in each nation will then have familiar people that can lead their group during the Hajj.

Trade: the revitalization of Mecca as a city directly reliant on trade as a primary income and resources. In the Quran and practice of the Prophet, this is what made the Pilgrimage a useful event. This includes trade from foreign nations that will have a more close connection to the holy lands. But also as a form of work for youth in the Holy Land. Traditional trade with modern methods will be used to restore the trade routes. This could employ 10 of thousands of people seasonally.

Restoring Natural Wildlife: The restoration of wildlife animals and plants native to the Holy lands that have been artificially reduced by harmful use. Restored using work that lets foreign and local people correctly replant and strength wild lands.
