The Community: structure follow the example of the Time of the Prophet where many elderly who could not work were provided with a monthly payment or resources to support them. The practice was given more structure during the the Early Caliphate:

 

Adults 57-60(above): will be eligible to receive a monthly payment to support them. Community Members with any health need that require support will have support and family network of support.

 

Support Medical Health: The Community structure will have a different medical-Health care culture that will support Health-Professional at all level transition to the more Natural-Culture of Care. With less work time and more people able to safely practice health. Talk about It: change over to natural and holistic health could help end medical care dependence and dependency on the commercial drug market to support Healthcare finances.

 

 

Home-Care: different from Nursing home care. Extra care can be given at home.

• With portable medical devices. Give care in any room and nursing staff.

Alternative: Portable care room. A full attractive Nursing-care room or Medical-room - to give care at home.

• The care structure cube can be placed on any property. with needed equipment and nursing care. Family treated at home. 

• Privacy - nursing staff can visit family-member in the Portable room.

 

Travel: Family in travel can take family - (when conditions apply). Medical support is part of all community structures in different places. (where available)

 

Rehabilitation: For the sick and elderly. Return to healthy life functions and living -as best as possible.

• Healthy food and water.

• Exercise age-specific - rebuild health and vitality.

• Reduction of medication.

• Holistic - treatment to stop the commercial drug industry drug side effects.

• Holistic life and fitness - designed into community places and activities to help people stay fit.

 

Marriage: The Prophet(sws) supported elders getting married. This is a choice and an option. Marriage can help prevent Elder Men, Wombman being ignored or choosing corrupt or negative ways of living. Those not wanting intimacy could possibly still marry and have improved family relations.
