Confirming the History of Al Qur'an - The Recitation:

The Qur'an is the final divine revelation not sent to one people, but to humanity. Through Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family). According to hadith scribes in the Presence of the Prophet wrote the Quran and read back to him in exact detail, he told them where a Chapter belonged and where the verse belonged in the chapter.

The Quran clearly tell the Prophet and all reader that it is Allah who will give it its order and completion it was not the Prophet himself or the sahabbah who had the authority to order the Quran by their own decision.

The Messenger of Allah reviewed the Qur’an every Month of Ramadan. He reviewed it with Malaekah(angel) Gabriel twice at the end of his life and presented it to the community of believers. Men, Wombman and Children; many who already memorize significant portions of the Qur'an. Some of the scribes of Quran include Umar ibn al Khattab, Uthman bin Affan, Ali ibn abi Talib, Abu Musa al Ash'ari, Ubay Ibn Ka'b, Abdullah ibn Masood, Zayd Ibn Thabit, Abu Hurairah, Abdullah Ibn Abbas, Abu al-Darda. (History of the Quran -Wikipedia) Ali Abi Talib (r.a., alayhis salaam) (r.a., a.s.) is believed to have been the first hafiz of Qur'an.

The Quran as a book was already confirmed complete and protected In the life of Nabi Muhammad(sws); who had a completed and compiled Quran not bound. Several of the Scribe had already memorized all the Quran. Hazrat Ali Abi Ibn Talib some say being the first hafiz. By the early days of the first Caliphate Many others had become Hafiz had- completed their full memorization of the Quran.

Hazrat Ali is said to have completed his copy of the Quran in the first six months after the Messenger of Allah from the direct ordering of how the Prophet completed the Quran.

The Quran of the Prophet was used to compile the standard Quran of Caliph Abu Baker. He made seven or more standard copies that were sent to the main territories to be used as proof for the teaching and recitation of Quran. These standard copies became the standard Qurans Uthman ordered Massed produced and used by all Muslims.

Caliph Ali took the standard Quran held by Uthman during his caliphate to Kuffa. This Quran was either the Original from the Prophet(sws), the Abu Baker copy of the Original, 7 copies of the original,  or a mass-produced copy of the 7 copies of the original. All the Qurans were produced from the same unchanging

Quran without error, addition or removal.

Scholars make clear that ideas of abrogated verses not made a part of the Quran but left out are a lie. All verses abrogated can be found in the Quran and the divine change or alternative present in the scripture; written in the time of the Prophet(sws). Like the punishment for lewdness; the verse of caneing was introduced. Both possible alternatives.
