The Community: structure follow the example of the Time of the Prophet where many elderly who could not work were provided with a monthly payment or resources to support them. This practice was given more structure during the Early Caliphate:

 

Adults 57-60(above): will be eligible to receive a monthly payment to support them. Community Members with any health need that require support will have support and family network of support.

For example: A medical professional who retire can still work with their work-group on numerous important works the difference in retirement is the person by being given a stipend is no longer being paid a salary, any management and is if more free to set their schedule and to leave or end and work their doing when they choose.

 

Retirement and Work: The retired can still work by choice in any field the difference is a retired person is given a monthly payment. And is no longer being paid a salary(but paid for any extra work or is paid in addition to their retirement payment). The exact details of retirement work and support can be decided by Professionals-from many work field; regular people can participate; on-line/the phone. Immediate support can begin with the start of all Projects.

 

Cultural Favoritism: Many cultures believe in elders being provided forms of power/influence and allowance om society. This can create abuses, people holding power-for long times/no change and age discrimination(fighting between people of different age groups).

 

Nabi Muhammad(sws) did not give people merit simply by age, wealth, family lineage and race/ethnicity. He honored people for their true willingness to work for Islam and by the principles of Islam. And He(sws) gave people of many different ages, wealthy, sex and race/ethnicity the ability to work in important responsibilities.
